  • Grocery Store (1960): Ahmedbhai Sulemanbhai started a small village side grocery store at a young age. He also provides the goods in exchange for the agricultural produce as per the Barter Economy.

  • Started a separate Grain Trading business to support the farmers of the village 
1985
M S Trading Corporation
  • M S Trading Corporation was established in the nearby town of Modasa to expand Grain Trading Business.
1994
M S Agro
  • M S Agro was established, marked the family’s entry into the Fertilizer distribution business.
1995
M S Marketing
  • M S Marketing was the first partnership firm in the M S Group. It was established to expand the business in Pesticides and Cement Distribution.
2012
M S Impex
  •  M S Impex was established, to enter the international market. It was also a partnership firm and involve in the export of Grains. Later it was dissolved and M S International was formed.
2015
M S Agro Industry
  •  M S Agro Industries was the forward integration of the M S Trading Corporation. This includes the Sorting and Packing of the Grains.
2016
SDM Enterprises Private Limited
  • SDM Enterprises Private Limited was the first diversified business of the group. Under this group has marked their presence in the huge industry of Human Resource Management.
2017
M S International
  • M S International was established in 2017 for the purpose of exports. Majorly firm was involved in the export of Vegetables.
2019
M S Cold Storage
  • M S Cold Storage was the first of its kind cold chain infrastructure in the Arvalli District of Gujarat. This was developed to support the growth of M S International in the Potato Supply business.
